For Pet Owners

Absolutely. We are selecting only trusted pet sitters who will take proper care of your pet while you are away. You will be able to discuss all your pet’s needs after confirmation of booking.

You pay as soon as you reserve a pet sitter through our platform, and after the chosen pet sitter has agreed to the booking, which can take up to 24 hours.

If you change plans or your mind, please follow our Cancellation Policies.

If by chance a sitter cancels a confirmed booking through the system, we will refund all of your payment and we’ll help you to look for a substitute.

When it’s time for your PetStay we advise you to exchange phone numbers so that the pet sitter can update you on your pet while you are away.

In the unlikely event of an incident with your pet during the boarding, please follow the procedure stated in Emergencies section in our Terms of Service.

For Pet Sitters

Easy. Follow the steps in Become a Sitter page and our team will contact you to proceed with the onboarding.

You will receive monthly payments from PetStay for all your successful bookings through the platform. Detailed information will be provided during the onboarding process.

It depends individually on each sitter and varies according to various criteria such as personal experience with pets, accommodation, location, occupation, etc. We can surely advise you to be competitive yet righteously rewarded.

Up to 7 days before booking, the pet owner can cancel anytime for free. Between 7 and 3 days before the reservation, he will be charged 50% of the total reservation. If a booking is canceled after 72th hour before the boarding, he will be charged the full amount.

Currently our platform has small service fee for each booking and does not include additional service fees for pet owners. Detailed information will be provided during the onboarding process.
